Theresa's 60th

Make a Birthday Memory

We all know how sentimental Theresa is and she’d love to see your old pictures and videos. But if you wanted to upload something new, record a song or video some waves crashing on the beach, you can do that also.

All your uploads will be connected together on your own page as well as a homepage with everyone's submission—They won't be private, so keep it clean! ;)

So once you're ready, it's 3 easy steps:

Step 1

Enter your name and email address

Step 2

Enter a message, upload images and/or video

Step 3

Click the "Send your Memory!" button and you're done.

Make sure you put in your first and last, or if Theresa has a nickname for you, do that! But this is how she'll know it's from you.

If you don't have one, ask a family member to use theirs. Theresa won't see the email, but it's how we make sure all your uploads are connected together.
